Your Account Lead
A senior practitioner — the founder — owns your account and stays close to your environment, so the person making the calls is the one who actually knows your systems.
Most technology problems don't start with bad technology. They start with unclear ownership, reactive support, and partners who show up after something breaks. SecureLynx was built to be the opposite: a focused operation that observes your environment, adapts to your needs, and protects what matters before it's at risk.
The best technology partner is often unnoticed. Success is measured not by visibility, but by the ability of organizations to operate without interruption, uncertainty, or unnecessary complexity.
- Jack Erdoglyan · Founder · SecureLynx
SecureLynx was founded to provide a different kind of technology partner. Businesses navigating fragmented support, unclear responsibilities, and reactive service models are left in a patchwork environment. We make sure the environment is built right and built to grow.
The company is new, established 2025. The experience behind it is not. SecureLynx is led by its founder, Jack Erdoglyan, who has spent over three decades building and running technology operations across Southern California, the past fifteen exclusively in medical IT and biomedical engineering: HIPAA auditing, network security, and threat mitigation for medical groups and multi-provider practices, alongside years spent standing up and supporting hundreds of healthcare and dental offices. The work you would hire SecureLynx to do is the work its founder has done, hands on, since long before the name existed.

Based in Southern California, SecureLynx supports organizations that value dependable technology operations. Whether supporting a growing business, a healthcare practice, a financial organization, or a nonprofit, our goal remains the same: helping clients operate confidently, securely, and efficiently with a technology foundation that supports future growth.
SecureLynx is small on purpose: a senior practitioner owns your account and stays close to your environment, with supporting technicians handling routine requests so senior attention lands where it matters, not on a ticket lost in a queue. The track record that practice is built on:
Small on purpose is not the same as one person. Your account is led by a senior practitioner who knows your environment, backed by supporting technicians for day-to-day work and a documented continuity plan with vetted on-call coverage, so support never rests on a single point of failure.
A senior practitioner — the founder — owns your account and stays close to your environment, so the person making the calls is the one who actually knows your systems.
Vetted technicians handle routine, day-to-day requests, so senior attention lands where it matters instead of on a ticket lost in a queue.
A written continuity plan and vetted on-call backup, bound by the same confidentiality obligations, keep your support running through emergencies and absences.
We believe ownership matters. Clients deserve clear communication, follow-through, and a partner who takes responsibility for outcomes.
Technology should support the business, not become a source of uncertainty. We focus on dependable environments that organizations can trust every day.
We say what we mean, tell you what we find, and won't recommend what you don't need. Honesty isn't a value we post on a wall. It's how we operate.
The lynx has long been associated with awareness, precision, and patience. It observes carefully, adapts to changing conditions, and responds deliberately when action is required.
Those same principles guide the way SecureLynx approaches technology and cybersecurity. We believe effective protection begins with understanding. Strong solutions require adaptability. Lasting results come from thoughtful action rather than reactive decisions.
There is a fourth. We just don't print it. Because the moment you put a word like that on a banner, it starts to sound like something you're selling. It's the floor the other three stand on, and it's why our whole playbook: pricing, terms, security posture, filings, all are open for you to check instead of take on faith. The long version is worth the read.
Straightforward guidance without unnecessary jargon, confusion, or vendor runaround.
Risks, aging systems, and operational weak points are addressed before they become disruptions.
Senior-led support from someone who knows your environment, with supporting technicians for routine requests and a documented continuity plan with vetted backup coverage, so help never depends on a single point of failure.
Recommendations are aligned with business goals, security needs, and sustainable growth; not short-term fixes.
Whether you're evaluating your current technology strategy, planning for growth, or looking for a more dependable technology partner, SecureLynx is ready to help.
