Backup & DR for Santa Clarita SMBs

Santa Clarita Stays Running

Disruptions happen without warning. Recovery should not depend on improvisation. SecureLynx delivers continuity planning, backup systems, and recovery strategies designed to restore operations quickly.

SecureLynx Disaster Recovery
Continuity By Design

Recovery Systems Built For Continuity.

Unexpected outages, cyber incidents, and infrastructure failures can disrupt operations instantly. SecureLynx helps organizations maintain resilience through layered backup systems and structured recovery planning.

What We Preserve

  • Critical business data
  • Server and workstation recovery
  • Cloud-hosted files and systems
  • Backup integrity and verification
  • Operational continuity plans
  • Incident recovery workflows

How SecureLynx Helps

We design recovery systems that are ready before disruption happens. SecureLynx helps reduce downtime, protect data, and restore operations through structured continuity planning.

Backups run to encrypted, immutable offsite storage with Backblaze B2, so ransomware cannot quietly alter or delete them. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, restores are tested rather than assumed, and recovery priorities are set before an incident so the systems that matter most come back first. Disaster recovery is included in our regulated tier and available as an add-on to any managed plan, scoped per engagement rather than bundled into the base managed price.

Core Capabilities

Protect. Recover. Restore.

Backup Management

Managed backups to encrypted, immutable offsite storage, designed to protect business data and stay beyond the reach of ransomware.

Disaster Recovery Planning

Structured recovery planning for outages, cyber incidents, and infrastructure failures.

Business Continuity Strategy

Continuity planning designed to keep essential operations moving during disruption.

Recovery Testing

Routine testing and validation to confirm recovery systems work when needed.

Infrastructure Redundancy

Resilience planning across systems, networks, cloud platforms, and critical infrastructure.

Incident Recovery Support

Guidance and technical support during restoration and post-incident recovery.

Observe We monitor your environment continuously so problems are recognized before they become incidents.
Adapt We build plans around your reality, not a generic template. Your systems work for you, not the other way around.
Protect We implement, not just recommend. Protection without action is intention without results.
Accountability 20-minute SLA for first remote response, with each request triaged by severity and worked to defined response and resolution targets. On-site response within 60 minutes for the Santa Clarita Valley; elsewhere in the service area, on-site timing varies with distance and conditions. 24/7 infrastructure monitoring for managed clients. Help desk 8 AM–6 PM, after-hours best-effort. Regulated tier includes 24/7 managed detection and response. When continuity is on the line, every minute counts. We move fast.

Common Questions

Disaster recovery, answered.

What does disaster recovery include?

Backup planning, defined recovery priorities, continuity preparation, and tested restores, so that when hardware fails, ransomware hits, or an outage lands, the systems that matter most come back first and in a known order.

Do you actually test that backups can be restored?

Yes. A backup nobody has restored is an assumption, not a safeguard. We test recovery on a schedule set per engagement so you know the restore works before you need it, not during the emergency.

Where do the backups live, and can ransomware reach them?

Backups are encrypted and copied to immutable offsite storage with Backblaze B2. Immutable means a backup, once written, cannot be silently altered or deleted, so ransomware that reaches your live systems cannot quietly corrupt the copies you would recover from. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and retention is scaled to your needs, with longer versioned history where regulation calls for it.

Can you guarantee zero data loss?

No honest provider can promise zero loss. What we can do is minimize it: planned backups, defined restore priorities, and recovery and downtime targets set per engagement so expectations are clear and the gaps are deliberate, not accidental.

How quickly will you respond when something goes wrong?

We target a 20-minute first response to remote requests. From there each ticket is triaged by severity: a critical outage or security issue is worked immediately toward same-business-day resolution, while lower-priority requests are scheduled against defined response and resolution targets. Specific commitments are set in your service agreement.

What areas do you serve?

SecureLynx serves the Santa Clarita Valley and the surrounding region: the full San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Palmdale, Lancaster, Castaic, Ventura, and the communities in between. On-site response is fastest in the Santa Clarita Valley; elsewhere in the service area, on-site timing varies with distance and conditions.
